    Troop rotation was a criticism of the Ukrainian citizens already. Hopefully the rotations won’t sacrifice efficiency, casuality rates, or any of other millions of factors in this war. And I especially hope the high-tech weapon upgrades don’t lead to more financial loss on the lines and less stability in funding. Good luck and godspeed Syrskyi.

      yeah, I’ve seen this issue being raised a few times in interviews with frontline soldiers on the Radio Free Europe yt channel.

      Lets hope the new commander can translate his achievements in localised battles to his management of the war.
