A federal appeals court blocked a racist Florida law that restricts Chinese citizens from buying land from being enforced against the two people who sued the state. The court did not, however, block the law entirely; it’s still in effect for everyone else. One of the judges, Nancy Abudu, agreed that this was a blatant violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, and the ACLU of Florida intends to continue fighting to prevent this law from being enforced more broadly.

This fight isn’t over, but this decision certainly acknowledges the discriminatory nature of this law and is a big win.

You were moaning about Indians and Saudi Arabians owning property in the US. Well, you did that thing where you said the countries owns the property, rather than the people. At the same time as saying you don’t mind foreigners so long as they’re asylum seekers, implying that they must stay begging and desperate. Which is to say, your issue is with foreigners, not foreign states, owning US property.

Okay, the article is about China. So why did you bring up foreign capital within the US?

On that topic of China, you don’t have a problem with any race but you find it acceptable to refer to a Chinese person using a racist caricature.

And why are you now bringing up Russia? What does Russia have to do with this?

It doesn’t matter whether you said anything about race in specific terms. I’m telling you that your comment is racist and relies on a racist framework. It’s okay if you didn’t understand this before but now that it’s been explained, it’s time to look inwards. You can choose to learn from this experience and grow or you can continue promoting the US brand of racist exceptionalism.

I have a problem with any culture or government that seeks to fuck with other countries and cultures.

Then I look forward to hearing about your escapades against the US and everything it stands for.

Blaming foreigners for your problems is racist. I don’t know what else to say.

I wish you luck in fighting to make it better. But you should know that you won’t achieve it by blaming foreigners for the problems of capitalism.

Based on how scratched this liberal is, I’m guessing their “fight” involves a lot of final solutions.

Good thing they’re just an impotent internet edgelord, I hope they go back to reddit, they’re clearly unhappy here.
