No editing. The Florida night sky seems different from anything I’ve seen before in Europe.

    Florida is the only place so far where I’ve seen a literal halo around the moon at night. It was as if the sun’s rays reflected off the moon had cleared the atmosphere around it.

    Florida’s sky looks different, because as it turns out, Florida is much closer to the Tropics than Europe is.

      Turns out that even though I live in southern Europe Orlando is a good 7 degrees further south. TIL, I didn’t realise it was so much further south.
