AI hiring tools may be filtering out the best job applicants

    Job market seems terrible right now, especially if you’re just starting out. Had a friend that applied to ~100 jobs in tech, and a majority of them didn’t even reply back.

    But the same can be said about bad HR as well. How many hiring teams have no idea what a candidate is supposed to be doing?

    I love putting days of work into trying to game the incomprehensible hiring system in the hopes I might earn the honour of slaving away for a wage ᕕ( ᐕ )ᕗ

    Clearly companies don’t want the best applicant. They want people who can work the system. Fill out the best forms. Pretend to be the most average. It’s never been more justified to lie on your resume. That’s what companies want.

    Honesty pays, so why would you even need a job?
