I make honey wine, a.k.a. Mead. There are many varieties, made by adding additional ingredients to the base recipe, which is honey, water and yeast. I have a tradition of naming plain meads after aeroplanes, just to be amusing. And that’s the best use of this airplane, to give a name to a batch of mead. Cricri mead is gonna be name of my next batch.
Make sure it’s the most basic recipe you’re able to think of.
