With the state of Amazon currently, I can’t tell what is good and what is crap on there anymore. So I wanted to ask you fine people if you had any recommendations on cappuccino mugs. Not super worried about cost, but also don’t want to break the bank for some mugs.

Any recommendations / thoughts appreciated!

If you’re willing to pay a little more than Amazon’s Chinese mass-produced prices, you might take a look on Etsy. There’s tons of small-scale ceramicists and glass blowers on there with beautiful craftsmanship and I trust the reviews on those shops a fair bit more than Amazon. You could probably even get something custom-made to your preferences. I usually go there now for nice gifts for family and friends, including glassware from multiple shops, and have never been disappointed with my purchases.

Oh that’s a nice idea… tbh I’m trying to put together a wish list for my birthday so something off Etsy that lets the gift giver get something personal could be nice.

      Thanks!

Any particular reason on why this mug vs others? Also, single vs double shot thoughts? Usually I do a double, but never made a cappuccino so not sure on 5 vs 6 oz.

I did my research years ago, and at the time these were one of the most recommended. Mine have held up great. If you’re not going for milk art, I’d go for the double just to have a bit of spare room in the cup.
