Yeah I think the original narrative was that Kiyv is conquered in three days. Then the allied nations went into slow economic sanction mode. Now that it seems that Ukraine can’t defend without material support, I’m betting they’re being persuaded to surrender the currently occupied areas in exchange for a fast track to EU+NATO to see if the axis attacks again against a bigger force.
