A 7-year-old boy was shot and wounded near 5th and Clarke in Milwaukee on Sunday afternoon, July 30.

I was really hoping we could go this weekend without a shooting, but NO, OF COURSE NOT – and not only that, it was yet another shooting of a CHILD!
