If I remember correctly, you have to command instead of requesting.
So I would reccommend to look into your mirror and say “I command you to release Android 14 for Mi 11X(alioth)” three times.
If you boot up your PC the next time, the ROM should start building by itself.
Requesting? Nice one. First find out how lineage OS gets ported to other phones then do it yourself

If you want to get into the weeds you can start porting your device to the latest release. It is a lot if work but you learn a lot. Making it work well often takes skill and a lot of hacking.
