When Lemon said he was going to have a show on “X”, amidst the Elton antics and their hosting people like Tucker Carlson, I was skeptical and wondered why he did it. It seems this issue was precipitated by Elron throwing a fit after Lemon interviewed him. From another article, Elron said, in a very realistic and obviously normal statement:

“His approach was basically just ‘CNN, but on social media’, which doesn’t work, as evidenced by the fact that CNN is dying,” Musk wrote. “And, instead of it being the real Don Lemon, it was really just [former CNN chief] Jeff Zucker talking through Don, so lacked authenticity.”

Right, I’m sure that after CNN fired Lemon and he left to have his own show, “Jeff Zucker is talking through Don”.

I’d care about this more if Lemon wasn’t such an asshole. https://archive.ph/qTCIz

Still, this made me laugh: At the time, X championed the move as part of its mission to become “a free speech platform for all voices.”

I guess Musk thought that since Lemon is a self-centered prick, too, they’d get along?

“Listen here, brother. I’m gonna take this show, and SHIT ALL OVER IT. And you’re gonna love it.”

Maybe more like a WWE wrestler than Jones, but from the clips I’ve seen of him ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Why would you have a show on x and expect otherwise. It’s like when John Stewart was saying Apple was trying to silence him on China, well yeah it’s Apple, did you not see that coming when you signed on with Apple?
