Every time I see Mayor Sheng Thao on TV I want to fight her media people. No matter what she is saying she always looks bad.

Look at the video. She is off-center, looking up, in a dark room, with a window behind her. It appears the laptop/monitor is providing most of the lighting.

(This is a huge pet-peeve of mine.)
