I’ve got, like, a bit over a week to learn 6 songs before I sit in with a metal band who asked me to sit in. I don’t want to take my tablet on stage with me because, IMO, it would look a little too unprofessional for these guys to have their bassist with a tablet on a stand just hanging out. (Maybe in a pinch I could put the tablet on the floor?) Does anyone have an idea for crib notes that are pretty well hidden? In my head I’m thinking something like what marching bands use or a wrist band like an NFL quarterback might use.
