You don’t need specifics. There’s no reason to ban medical care that was recommended and prescribed by a licensed Medical Doctor and agreed to by citizens of the United States and their families.

We have medical ethics boards. The ignorant politicians need to stay out of medical decisions.

Alright so I bit the fucking bullet and skimmed the article and it says young people. I would assume that means younger than 18 ie children. Now parents of children can consent to some activities on their children’s behalf. I would put most trans related medical care in the same basket as getting a tatoo its a permanent body modification. I don’t think children should be allowed to permanently modify their body even with parents consent. As an adult you can consent to whatever the fuck you want but I don’t think such things should be available to children.

Ohh and Btw ethics don’t get invented by a board they get invented by a society.

Oh, don’t worry sweetheart, I knew what you were fishing for. You don’t have to spell it out. I’m just not interested in listening to you pontificate.

Medical care and cosmetic body art are nowhere near the same thing, so you can fuck off with that.

Invented by a society and enforced by a professional licensing organization. We already have those mechanisms in place, bud. The ignorant politicians need to stay out of medical decisions.

I knew what you were fishing for.

And you chose to avoid discussing the fundamental nature of the topic at hand why?

Medical care and cosmetic body art are nowhere near the same thing

Let me make a list of similarities and differences for ya

                Similarities

                • permanent modification to body
                • positive outcomes are purely psychological
                • cannot be undone once done

                Differences

                • children can get one
                • are labeled as a cunt for asking questions about 1 not the other
                • some people think one is a right

Politicians are elected its called democracy it exists so the opinions and ethics of the people can be actioned upon and hence said professional licencing organisations can be updated.

Children are not routinely getting permanent surgical interventions for gender affirming care. Tattoos and piercings can both be undone.

“Bro bro I’m JUST ASKING QUESTIONS BRO” https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sealioning

Then the politicians can update licensing organizations. We DO NOT NEED NEW LAW about this or about pregnancy care.
