E.g. Sim Settlements is not viable for paid mods, in part because it needs the script extender to function, but also because it has multiple chapters and mods that plug into the core mod.
Doubtful. Most of the fo4 modding community is either gone or back in the oddly more stable Skyrim.
Not in my experience. From what I’ve seen, the fallout 4 mod community is still pretty active.
