The fact that Joe wasn’t involved is absolutely relevant when the narrative is that Hunter sold access to Joe. If no actual access was sold, as we know is the case, this is just a nothingburger because the right, as everyone who is paying attention can see, is just making up more bullshit to try to attack the president and distract attention away from the ACTUAL FUCKING CRIMINAL PRESIDENT that’s currently working on a 4th or 5th indictment.
