Looking at https://reddark.rewby.archivete.am/ most seem to be still private though some have switched to restricted. I do think the interruption of posts will make things a little awkward things open up again. Along with the eventual forced opening of indefinitely closed subs (/r/videos, /r/music and /r/aww being some of the larger ones), it’s definitely going to be interesting to see how it plays out.
