    Hey same here! I made a big batch of sambar last night to clear some veggies in the fridge and I’m remembering that I love eating lentils for breakfast.

    I think today I’m gonna pick up some batter for idli and whip up some chutneys and have those for the rest of the week.

    How’d you cook yours?

      Hell yeah enjoy your lentils comrade.

      I pressure cooked them for like 6 mins then drained. On the saute setting on the electric pressure cooker I threw in tomato sauce, frozen veg, frozen spinach, oregano, basil, salt, nooch and probably some other stuff??? Then pressure cooked that for a minute.
