I can tell you that the one place I exercised in Asia on like the 8th floor had treadmills facing the windows and it was kind of nice to be able to look out at the cityscape.
The irony, of course, is that all the treadmills have those giant monitors in the middle and you got people watching TV and movies while they jog and the monitor obscured the view of the city.
Wouldn’t it take up the same amount of space if they just turned it around so it rocketed you to the middle of the room instead of to your demise?
