    You’re talking about a country orders of magnitude larger than Great Britain.

      It is not even one order of magnitude larger.

      Great Britain population: ~67M

      1 order of magnitude larger = 670,000,000.

      USA population: ~336,000,000.

      USA also has much more than 6 weeks time to do it. And the US is quite a bit more adept than great Britain in the communications department. Kind of their strong suit, actually.
