to further clarify, other terrible people emojis here are used because they are terrible to mock them, this one bothers me because it’s proposed to be used a generic wtf and glosses over his child abuse and homophobia. Chan has this kid-friendly public image and got to star in an animated kids show for fuck sake while being a piece of shit and this feels like continued whitewashing. jack black gets more heat and attention here for being kid-friendly while libbing out but an actual child abuser homophobe gets a proposed ‘clean’ emoji trophy
