Is so disgusting how far right the Republicans are pulling. Every chance they get. Even worse, just being so blatant with their corporatocracy

They’ve realized they don’t have to feign civility and respect or good intentions. They were giving their followers too much credit this whole time. Turns out you can tell them literally anything and they’ll believe it.

Remember folks, Project 2025 includes a section on abolishing no fault divorce all because it made Steven Crowder sad.

I think he will invoke the 25th as soon as the inauguration happens.

Trump has the base, but other than that he is there only for himself. He will only help if it helps himself as well.

The shooter was likely on his own, but if there is a conspiracy that he was being helped it would most likely the GOP involved (right before convention, where GOP candidate was picked up, if the assassination was successful it would unite Republicans pretty much around anyone they would pick up).

I doubt it. I think Trump believes he’s owed a second term and he’s believed that since 2020.

He really does not act like he is just pretending with the whole ‘election was a hoax’ thing. Maybe he was at the beginning, but he’s convinced himself of it now, and now he thinks he’s entitled to the throne.

Did…did he marry a non-white woman as some kind of racism then? So he can beat on her?

Edit: what if the wife is the one beating up the husband, wonder what Republican men have to say about that. All of this is wrong, what trash people

what if the wife is the one beating up the husband

Impossible. Male domestic victims are just (word I won’t say) that need to man up and show their wife who’s boss.

Now, I’m gonna go gargle some soap for that.

Marriage largely is dissolved by a no-fault divorce meaning you can get divorced for any reason without proving wrongdoing. Before no-fault divorces you had to prove fault or wrongdoing of some kind such as being beaten but even then the bar to prove fault was hard and difficult which left women (and men) in abusive relationships, loveless marriages, etc.

The republican party as a whole has been moving against no fault divorces, and this will mean some people are not able to justify a divorce if the abuse is not deemed serious enough. Jd vance has spoken against no fault divorce and has said that it enables people to change their spouse as often as they change their underwear. Which to me sounds like jd vance doesn’t ever change his underwear which is kind of gross but the smaller issue here.

While I understand the message this is trying to send, she isn’t alive to say this. Seems poor taste to post this.
