Literally every society in the history of humanity, it’s happened, as far as I’m aware. Power corrupts.

How so? Vibes?
Name a single society where it hasn’t happened.
At all, to any degree? Don’t think that’s possible, but it certainly happened to a far lesser extent in AES countries.
