Based on the article, it sounds like DOI and DOC are really helpful psychedelics for research with little to no evidence of them being available or used for recreational, non-scientific misuse. So why then does the DEA feel the need to tighten restrictions on them - in my opinion - unnecessarily? Just to be overly punitive at the expense of research progress?
