    It doesn’t matter.

He was a Democrat his entire career until 2024. It’s not like you just get to ignore everything he did when it was tolerated by the Democratic Party for over a generation, and yes, the fact that he is still a Senator with voting power is very much the fault of the Democratic Party.

Ah yes, those terrible Democrats not stamping out all individuality of their members and forcing them to vote in perfect unison like the Republicans.

Realistically, it’s going to be virtually impossible to get anyone better out of west virginia. Keeping west virginia from being a complete MAGA senate seat is the only reason he was so much as kind of tolerated him. The party isn’t exactly a fan of him

        You’re right.

The Democrats just shouldn’t do better. Because it’s hard.

Let’s hear your plan for West Virginia that would have had someone more in line with the left. Don’t forget to take into account the industries that are keeping the state afloat, local attitudes, economic factors, educational factors, and how to implement it today so that by the next election it can be put in place.

Edit: I see someone has no actual plan but wants to downvote. How very predictable.

That’s how they like to present themselves. They’re really the industries that keep the state a backward, polluted, corrupt cesspit.
