The technical quality is good. I think WGA consistently has better moldline control than GW. While I scraped the moldlines on these guys, they were so light that I well could have skipped it and it would have been difficult to tell.

The box contents are fairly generous. Not as generous as WGA’s Death Fields boxes where I can give every single model an alternate head style, but there is a decent enough variety of the two weapon types, posed arms, and 1/3 of the heads can be swapped for heads with caps. The box comes with very flat round bases similar to the WGA historicals. This was a bit of a surprise as the boxart shows GW style 25mm rounds. I put the minis on 25mm rounds I already had. I was disappointed that there was not a complimentary arm holding a gun to the grenade holding one; missed opportunity for a big chunky pistol or something.

Assembly was a little bit fiddly when it came to the arms. I found myself wishing for some kind of peg & hole system to help get arms lined up. There were a few gun holding posed arms that were difficult to match to a support arm, and in a few cases I gave up and glued on a casual arm posed downward, leaving the Quar soldier holding their rifle up one handed.

Painting was easy. They have detail, but they aren’t drowning in useless greeble for the sake of it. I liked having big open areas on the uniform to paint in a pattern. There were enough folds and textures that contrast paint or heavy washing would have worked though.
