    [off topic?]

My take has always been that the character is always posing. Bruce Wayne is one disguise and The Batman is another. In my opinion, the only time he’s fully comfortable is when he’s in the Batcave with his cowl off.

I just powered through all 10 episodes, there’s an awful lot to like here.

There are hints at a larger D.C. Universe, Eel O’Brien shows up as a newspaper photographer, that’s the character who would become Plastic Man in the comics.

Jim Corrigan shows up in his pre-death Detective format, before becoming the Spectre.

We don’t get a John Constantine or Zatanna/Zatara, but Papa Midnite is present and accounted for.

The Green Arrow villain Onomatopoeia pops up in one episode, which was fun to see.

At one point, there are orphans introduced in Robin order… Dickie, Jason, Stephanie and Carrie.

Overall the show is pretty good so far. Very much in Bruce Timm’s style. I’m 2 episodes in but I’m a bit torn with the 2nd episode’s villian. I was so attached to the Batman:TAS version that I’ll have to see more of this new one version of him to figure out if I like it or not.
