any way to disable them, in or out of app? I’m going insane hearing the buzz every single time i mark a post. decentivizes engagement. any way to fix?

Yes, it’s under General. Haptic feedback means vibration.
(At least the toggle exists in version 1.7.0 on Chrome PWA.)

No worries. I only know from a childhood of toggling every toggle there was to toggle in the Settings apps of every device I owned.

I would suggest add the haptic vibration also for the bottom menu options
