I always keep a 12’ measuring tape on me which is kind of a new thing in the past year. I fuckin love measuring things, and it makes me feel good to have JUST in case.
They mean that they brake on a bike downhill with their shoes.
Ooooooooh shit, kind of like how you brake on a fixie then, but then shifting into lower gears to prepare for the slow down??
