      I’m not sure what experience you’ve had but eBay does quite well on buyer protection. Same goes for Swappa. Can’t speak for either website in non-US countries though

      I’ve only bought 1 phone new (and regretted it). Buying used is the only way I’ll buy phones anymore, or any tech for that matter. Never got scammed.

        No, I didn’t purchase any used phones online. I’ve seen some posts about used phones being locked. Even if I get a refund, I still lose money.
