I may do a pork butt tonight or tomorrow, or I may just do some hot dogs. Yes, the latter is like taking the Lamborghini to the grocery store, but it’s always worth it.

I don’t have a green egg but I’m doing steaks and baked potato tomorrow on my Weber. I’ve been doing burgers, chicken, and sausages all summer and its time for some steak!
I haven’t done a butt yet this year. Last thing I did was finish off some homemade bacon in the egg, which turned out great.
