I made sausage rolls
Perfection.
Little late but this was our last day off, picada with duck breast, foie gras, caramelized onions, fruit, berries, boquerones in vinegar, baguettes, and baby artichokes with a great German Weiss beer.
I steamed up some dumplings. Tried 2 flavours of some random brand from the asian supermarket but I won’t be getting those ones again. I’m probably unfairly comparing them against handmade dumplings from Melbourne’s best dumpling houses though.
Butter chicken for me with a bit of raita.
Thai green chicken curry.
After a rather hectic day of Sunday work,v it’s the cbf dinner of hungry Jakes, going to try that Parma burger thing. Lol
Peking duck. Shout out to Simon’s in Melbourne.
Was epic.
