    I wonder if the effect can be fully explained by diet or behavior such a smoking and drinking or if there’s some other factor at play.

      I’m sure environment itself factors in as well. Less affluent = more pollution, noise & crime.

    I mean, I am happy the study was done, but the results are not surprising. Why was this news worthy?

      Perhaps not the fact itself, but the report. Folks that are paying attention know it, but what about people that are insulated from it, or just won’t believe you?

      “We need action to fix this issue” holds more water when you have a report to back it up, over citing common sense or anecdotes.

        Woah, where is the hate coming from? Of course I feel bad for these people. I’m just confused because reporting on this is like reporting “Drinking nuclear waste shortens your life”. Like, yeah, we know.
