Leftovers!

Made a big batch last night so I could be lazy tonight!

Roast veggies with fancy bbq sauce and home made chilli oil.

Carne Asada (strip steak) sandwich, slaw, Pringles & copious amounts of beer for the last day off at the end of the season!

Made a riff on pasta all’matriciana. Too lazy to cook on the stove so popped the onion, garlic, tomatoes and bacon in a roasting pan with olive oil, basalmic, chilli, s&p and paprika. Quick whizz with the stick blender and it’s really good. Spinach leaves and cheese to serve 👌🏻

I made a salad. I call it Chicken Emperor Caesar Salad because it has a bit more in it than just a Caesar salad.
