Even in porn, people either buy month sub and scrape everything or buy lifetime access and since everything is owned by a few big VC companies, there is minimal risk of them closing.

Be it Patreon or OnlyFans or someting else. It sounds like this project will be dead on arrival, no matter how much VC funded promoters want to make it something people use.
