That’s so smart. I was thinking of how this manga could end while achieving maximum happiness / utility for everyone, but I fixated on Hareta and can’t think of anything good.
Centering it on Misaki would solve it.
I still can’t think of a satisfactory way to prevent the game from breaking or ending though. (e.g. Hareta can pretend to date any / all of the heroines, but would date Misaki behind the scenes, but that’s kind of lame and out of character for Hareta)
Could we end up on a harem route, but it’s Misaki’s harem? The rival character and the heroines all seem to like Misaki at this point.
