Spoilers are going to be hard unless the fediverse can agree on a common scheme for implementing them, unfortunately. Either that, or each federated service will have to honour the spoiler tags from all the others, and that’s unlikely.
Spoilers tags I don’t think work on Kbin. I put the brackets SPOILERS in the title so I would think that would be enough to warn people. I know this would be enough for me if I didn’t want to read a spoiler.

Yeah, Sync doesn’t support lemmy spoilers yet. It is still using reddit spoilers which don’t work on lemmy.
