Kinda weird seeing some people on Threads say “I’m sharing to the Fediverse!” but they’re totally not…😳
That’s the major issue with Threads implementation.
People just assume posting there by default is “on the Fediverse”.

@BeAware@social.beaware.live I also see a lot of people who are sharing to the fediverse who are cross posting from instagram and don’t realise those posts don’t get federated either.
@WonkeyFX@mastodon.world I don’t see those because I don’t have an actual meta account, I just browse the word “Fediverse” through threads public search, but that is quite disappointing…🤦♂️
