Article is 2 years old, but it’s a happy article and I wanted to post it anyways.
EDIT: For anyone curious, here’s a link to her Douyin page: https://www.douyin.com/user/MS4wLjABAAAAC-deOgCmNN2bIugq3od6LBI-Ws7Pn8EuLwWBjZg-ghg It says she has 11.151 million followers and 170 million likes, which is awesome.
It locked me out with Chinese captchas. I don’t know what it wants from me
Me just banging things randomly like a toddler with a block in the hole toy it hasn’t worked out yet.
lol dual purpose captcha that keeps both bots and anglos out
and they say china doesnt innovate
i think you need to click on those three characters in the photo (maybe in order?)
edit: so it would be 4, 2, 3?
You’ve only gone and bloody cracked it! I’m in.
Yeah I gave it a couple good shots, I figure it’s telling us to pick out the characters in certain colors or something like that.
Maybe we’re robots
Then what’s the ordering about? I’m so confused
Ordered by shade? Idk comrade, beep boop
I’ve only encountered the puzzle piece captchas which are relatively easy, but if I encounter something in Chinese that requires an explanation I’ll use the google translate camera function (or iphone camera app works too) to live translate it from simplified Chinese to English. It’s generally pretty accurate I think, and I’ve also managed to order stuff on Taobao this way.
We can’t do the captcha because we’re bots
but i though we’re Chinese wumao bots with high social credit scores???
