The show was interesting at first, but then they have a high school girl strapped down by aliens trying to SA her. The whole scene is played very light despite what’s happening. Also, another high schooler gets SA’d off screen as well

Oh for sure. I give it a lot of grace. My friend group is watching the remake for our anime nights so it’s the most recent example in my brain.
