Screenwriter Steven Knight has departed the "Star Wars" movie set to follow Daisy Ridley's Rey after the events of 2019's "The Rise of Skywalker."

    I think Daisy Ridley is an incredibly talented actor, I love watching her on screen, but I couldn’t care less about Rey as a character. Her story, since it was confusingly cobbled together by dueling directors, is not at all compelling to me.

      It will never happen. Because that would be a great movie, and we all know Disney hates making good star wars movies. Kathleen Kennedy must fall.
