Dropping the transphobia and ramping up the veganism would help.

To join the vegan EU? Don’t get me wrong, it’s probably the path forward but how would it help rejoining the EU?
Drop transphobia, get workers rights and a better democracy. The house if lords wtf, cannot protest and politicians as a specially excempt class? You can do better.

It would improve the ethics of the country making it more EU worthy.
I suspect the large meat and dairy industry in major EU states would apply some pressure against this.
Cheese law alone is a major part of the EU.
But the EU doesn’t care about that when a vountry wants to join?
Not at the moment but veganism and vegetarianism are exploding in growth in Germany. So it may become a requirement at some point to join the European Union.
Hey boss, I think you missed your stop at !vegancirclejerk@lemmy.world
So you just made it up, ok.
I didn’t say it was a requirement but it would make them seem like a better candidate.
No it wouldn’t.
For you maybe but not for joining the EU.
