It looks like it.
Yeah, you can see a parachute in the impact plume, they must’ve bailed out immediately.
Edit: actually no, that plume is from the ejection, you can see a smoke trail form earlier, then the pilot ejects, then the craft drops like a stone without its rotors.

I doubt there is enough of that Alligator left to make a pair of shoes.
