LMAO, I’ll believe when I see it reviewed and torn down by a non-Chinese reviewer. This is coming from a person who generally thinks Chinese CPU companies can eventually reach near parity with Intel/AMD.
Intel is really taking the piss. AMD kicking their butts and now China.
Really enjoying this tech surge.
Tom’s Hardware comments never fail to disappoint:
The perfidious Chinese can’t be trusted to test hardware
It’s just general racism all around.
First tik tok, now tock tock tick
China’s endless clock warfare on the US
getting barred from participating in US neocolonial mercantilism is actually doing you a favor once your economy is a certain size
Cautious optimism. China has made incredible progress on mature nodes but a leap like this tests the bounds of reason.
It’s also not getting taped out (sorry, “tapped out”) until sometime in 2025, so we’ll be waiting a while to find out
Intel chips self destruct too, which I doubt these do.
Yeah of I can guarantee my tech isn’t actually an Israeli grenade I’m all for it.
US oligarchs treated their peasants a lot nicer than they wanted to because they had to make things look better than the Soviet Union. We won’t revolt against our government over a genocide, but losing the treat war? Unacceptable. This gives me a glimmer of hope
awesome. fuck intel
I’m teetering between “no fucking way” (credulous) and “no fucking way” (filled with awe)
I assume they’re still getting them manufactured by TSMC.
