You’ll hear a ringing noise until a person or an automated operator picks up the line. If you get a robot you’ll most likely be asked to press a number on the keypad corresponding to one of the options provided. This will probably transfer you to a person so you can give your report. If you get a person right off the bat I imagine they’ll ask you to give your report. If you have anymore questions such as, “how does a phone ring?”, “what’s a robot?”, “should I tell the person on the other line why I’m calling?”, anything like that, phone a friend or maybe try an internet search engine.
