I’ve unfortunately met at least one trans woman irl who was outright refusing to participate in the pronoun circle thing during a meetup with several nonbinary, agender or not passing trans people in the crowd. Some people get like that as soon as they have the slightest amount of passing privilege. Then again, i’ve also been accused by transmeds on reddit of “not passing” because i get misgendered and deadnamed on offcial documents due to local self ID laws being held up by the liberal party. There’s really no end to how shitty some of these pick mes can be to their own community.
