Musk claimed prior to Twitters aquisition that there are too many bot accounts (he even argued to back down from buying the company because of the huge number of bot accounts), and since he bought it there are no metrics indicating that the problem got better. It even got much worse looking at all the recent instability and emergency measures to fight bots.
Musk weaponizes his account and misuses polls as justifications to unban far right accounts and other shady decisions. Having a lot of bot followers to manipulate his polls just paints the picture of him being an dangerous man.

I agree with you. I just don’t care about Twitter and definitely don’t think that follower count is an important metric.
