I’m running The Abomination Vaults after having finished the Beginner Box. I’m probably only 20% in, but it’s quite good so far and I’ve heard nothing but people raving about it story wise.
I’m also running it on Foundry and I’m super impressed with the work they’ve done. I have to almost nothing for prep. Which is important because I don’t have hours a week to prep like I had to with d&d APs.
I’ve generally been very impressed with the foundry conversion modules. I like that they are even starting to experiment with building fun premium foundry experiences, like the Harrow Deck!
I just picked up the Harrow Deck (as well as all the bestiary tokens… I don’t have a problem, honestly!). It’s clear they put thought into it again and didn’t just slap something together.
Mechanically, they talk about the GM possibly wanting to stack the deck for narrative purposes. There’s a part in the module on Foundry where they stated they wanted the digital version to have the same functionality as the physical and programmed a way to stack the deck.
I honestly have nothing bad to say about the collaboration between Paizo and Foundry, and if anything they’ve spoiled me going forward.
