I am working for an European Unicorn. 3 or my close colleagues are Americans. - we constantly talk about having to learn how to sign off in the evening, how to say no to work, and how to take vacation. We’re all damaged from the terrible way Americans work.

Well now you know someone after 10 years in my industry that only has 3. Nice to meet you. Oregon also has some of the most progressive PTO laws in the country so trying to compare that to someone in, say, Louisiana is going to have some disparity.
