To hade a determinate person or group because they have personally done something bad is normal. To hade the whole community/race/religion to which those persons belong because of their action is just plain intolerance. Extremists can be pushed as well by bad politics and power struggles, should we then hade any living politician?
Oh I’m unapologetically intolerant of religion as a whole and personally believe that every religious person on this planet has a serious psychological issue.
But as I said talk to me when atheists start burning churches. Talk to me when atheists protest churches. Talk to me when religious people are ostracized or denied help. Talk to me when there are atheist only communities.

You forget: Burn any religious book in the plaza, mark any religious person, and send them all in lagers.
