They were pretty obvious back then. It’s a fun thought but those movies became popular because it was the first time comics powers really translated to the screen.
I think 2002’s Raimi Spiderman might have something to say about that.
Fair enough, those movies ruled. But yeah remember how shitty the villains in the third movie looked? That shit felt behind us, I guess.
